The household tools run in your browser. Planner and evacuation settings and checkmarks use local storage. Communications contacts are saved only when you choose Save on this device. Reset removes this site’s tool keys. Printed information and shared browser access remain your responsibility to protect.

Contact and newsletter forms

The contact and newsletter-request forms use EmailJS. Submitting a contact form sends the entered name, email address, subject, and message through EmailJS and the connected email service to tony@seruga.com. Newsletter requests send the entered name, email address, consent wording and version, and submission time. These forms never attach household planner data and do not store submissions in local storage. EmailJS also records delivery metadata such as browser details, origin/referrer, and connection information in its request history.

Newsletter requests are requests for review, not confirmed subscriptions. Bulk newsletter sending, automated confirmation, and unsubscribe management have not been configured. Contact messages do not enroll you in a newsletter. EmailJS may retain request history and metadata under its Privacy Policy. Automatic contact collection is off for both templates. Signup requests arrive by email for review; they are not automatically added to a subscriber list.

Direct emails are handled by your email provider and received by the business to respond. Contact us to request access, correction, deletion, or withdrawal of a newsletter request. Do not send sensitive information.

Other services

No analytics, advertising pixels, account system, or third-party CAPTCHA are active. Hosting may process technical requests to deliver the site. External merchant and source links follow their own privacy practices; affiliate URLs contain a tracking identifier, without household-tool data.

Before public launch, confirm any separate legal operator name and applicable jurisdiction details. Update this policy when collection or newsletter operations change.
